Natalie Gudiño Quiles

Youth Organizer

Natalie grew up in the San Fernando Valley, where she was raised by a nurse and a gardener who instilled in her a deep appreciation for nourishing both people and the environment. As a proud member of the Hispanic community, she experienced firsthand how sharing meals can bring people together and create a sense of belonging. These values inspired her to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Events and a minor in Non-Profit Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Her passion for food and sustainability drives her to explore where food comes from, promote sustainable practices, and empower others to make healthier choices. After completing her studies, Natalie was eager to bring her knowledge and experience back to her home in the San Fernando Valley. Becoming involved with PB has given her the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and leverage valuable resources to turn a shared passion into action. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, exploring nature with her pets, and embracing new adventures overall—as well as cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
