Rochelle Silsbee

Rochelle Silsbee supports local public affairs at Southern California Edison where she is facilitating clean energy infrastructure development to meet the region’s growing energy demand. Rochelle has over 20 years of communications, public affairs, and government relations experience, including her years of public service as health deputy for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and senior policy advisor for the Villaraigosa administration.
Born on Earth Day, it’s fitting that she spent her formative years establishing actual roots in this community while working at her family’s landscape nursery. Rochelle is married with two children and enjoys traveling, reading, hiking… and remains passionate about keeping Pacoima Beautiful.
