Will provide workforce training programs that result in career pathways and high-quality jobs and high retention rates benefiting local low-income underrepresented residents – 96 participants will receive installation basics training certificate and a 75% job placement rate. LACC will offer paid work experience on urban forestry projects followed by brownfields remediation skills training that result in 50 opportunity youth program participants receiving federal, state and industry-recognized certifications Partners: city/county job programs, union and private sector employers
