As part of Proposition 1 (the Water Bond), under-resourced communities must be included in the conversations surrounding water management issues in order for their involvement to impact the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan.
The purpose of this forum is to collectively identify and understand what steps will be needed in order for under-resourced communities to have a voice in the process of water management change. The ultimate goal is to develop a shared vision for funding priorities to help create a water management plan that is most suitable for the needs of the Los Angeles Region.
